Aisha Jamila hinds is a popular American actress. She is known for the roles she played in television series The Shield, and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has proven her acting versatility by giving outstanding performances in television series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. Her performance as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the very first role to attract her notice. It was, however, her character in the role of Fannie Lou (a woman's advocate for women's right to rights) in the biographical All the Way film that brought her fame as an actor.
